Fish under a carrot coat

Fish fillet – 2-3 pcs.
Carrot – 2-3 pcs.
Hard cheese – 150 g.
Lemon – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise or sour cream – 30 g.
Salt, pepper to taste
Greens for serving

Cut the fish into portions, salt and pepper. Put the fish in a baking dish, sprinkle lemon juice on top.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Put the carrots on top of the fish and smear with mayonnaise or sour cream. Grate the cheese and put the cheese on the carrots.
Put to bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.

Before serving, decorate the top with fresh herbs.
