Fish on a vegetable pillow
1 onion
Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
1-2 tomatoes
Zucchini 1 pc.
Garlic, oil, salt, pepper
Defrost the fish and cut into portions.
Cut the zucchini, pepper, and onion into cubes and cook in a pan until half done. Add garlic, salt, pepper to taste.
Place the vegetables in a baking dish, top with sliced tomatoes, and then place the fish fillets, salt, pepper, and oil.
Bake at 180C until the fish is ready, it took me 30 minutes.
