Cutlets with melted cheese

500 g of minced chicken
1 bulb
1 slice of white bread
1/2 glass of milk
200 g of cabbage
2 melted cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
Oil for frying

Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes, squeeze. Peel and chop the onion. Finely chop and pound the cabbage, add it to the minced meat together with onions and beaten eggs, add salt and pepper, mix well. Cut the cottage cheese into cubes.
From the minced meat, form zrazis, placing a block of cheese in each.
Fry them in oil on both sides until golden brown.
