Zucchini soup
Wash three medium-sized zucchini, clean, grate on a coarse grater. Salt, leave for a few minutes to drain excess juice.
Peel 2 carrots and 1 large onion, then grate the carrot and cut the onion into cubes.
Cut 400 g of sausages into cubes and fry in oil.
In a heated pan, fry onions in oil, add carrots and sauté. When the carrots become soft, add zucchini. Simmer, add 400g of chopped tomatoes (I used them in my own juice), salt, pepper and spices to taste. Add sausages. Season with 1-2 tablespoons of flour to make the bigos thicker.
When serving, you can sprinkle with greens.
