Spinach pancakes
60 g of spinach
1 egg
100 ml of milk
90g of flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.3 teaspoons of salt
1 tsp sugar
Pour boiling water over spinach for 1
minute, drain the water. Add egg, milk, salt, sugar and beat with a blender.
Add flour and baking powder, mix with a whisk.
Fry on a dry, well-heated pan. As soon as bubbles appear, immediately turn over.
It is very tasty to serve them with cream cheese and tomatoes.
